Antoine Harris was a Program Assistant Interim Director of Community Service Town of Dumfries Managed and administer the Department of Criminal Justice Services Grant in the amount of $71,500 Dumfries Cares. Daily implementation of Dumfries Cares, to include program curriculum for youth, and weekly parenting classes, workshops for teens and monthly Family Fun Night. Developed and maintained the budget for Dumfries Cares and Town of Dumfries events to include: The Multicultural Festival, and Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Supervised Dumfries Cares staff and volunteers Promoted and coordinated the Youth Summer Employment Program. Cultivated a positive relationship between the Town and citizens through outreach programs. Created partnerships with the Boys & Girls Club in Dumfries Virginia. Plan, coordinated, promoted, recruit vendors and organized events for the Town of Dumfries, to include: The Multicultural Festival, Annual Easter Egg Hunt. He is now the Director of the After-School and Before School Programs as the Site Director with Alpha Best Education. He is also the President of Youth Outreach 501c3 nonprofit organization, which he is the son of Elizabeth Charity who is the Founder of Youth Outreach Services.
